Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
One-time visits are eligible for a full refund if we cannot provide care¹. We won’t issue a refund if a doctor’s note was provided, medication was prescribed, or if you ask for a prescription for controlled substances, HRT, muscle relaxants, ADD/ADHD, and medical marijuana. In addition, we won’t issue a refund if a doctor reviews your information and decides that prescription medication isn’t the best treatment for you. We also won’t provide a refund if:
- You ask to renew or refill medication and don’t have an Rx bottle nearby, and/or our doctors cannot determine your medication history. The Rx bottle label needs to include the patient name, medication name, dose frequency, dispense quantity, fill date, and refill information.
- You don’t have a valid ID with you and our doctors cannot verify your identity.
- A doctor has issued a referral or directed you to complete lab work.
¹We won’t issue a refund if you start a new visit with the same visit reason for which you already have received a refund.
To receive a refund, please send an email to accounts@drhouse.com or write to customer support (located in the DrHouse app). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to settle.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your visit anytime, and there are no penalties for doing so. If you paid for a visit, your money will be credited to your DrHouse account. If you wish to receive a refund, you can write to DrHouse support.
Membership
DrHouse has stopped offering membership plans for new clients! Membership plans may be available again in the future.
All membership fees are nonrefundable, except when no services have been used after the membership purchase. There are no refunds for partially used membership term periods. All prescription and lab orders are nonrefundable.
You have the freedom to cancel your DrHouse subscription at any time. Even after you’ve canceled, your subscription will remain active until the next billing period, allowing you to continue using DrHouse services.
To cancel your subscription, please navigate to Account -> Membership -> Cancel Membership in the DrHouse app, write to customer support (located in the DrHouse app), or send an email to accounts@drhouse.com.
