Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
All membership fees are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds for partially used membership term periods. In addition, all prescription and lab orders are nonrefundable.
One-time and urgent care visits are eligible for a full refund if an in-person visit is needed or we cannot provide care¹. We won’t issue a refund if a doctor’s note was provided, medication was prescribed, or if you ask prescription for controlled substances, HRT, muscle relaxants, ADD/ADHD, and medical marijuana. In addition, we won’t issue a refund if a clinician reviews your information and decides that prescription medication isn’t the best treatment for you, and we won’t provide a refund if you ask to renew or refill medication, and you don’t have an Rx bottle nearby and/or our providers cannot determine your medication history. Rx bottle label needs to include: the patient name, medication name, dose frequency, dispense quantity, fill date and refill information. We also won’t provide a refund if you don’t have a valid ID with you and our providers cannot verify your identity.
¹We won’t issue a refund if you start a new visit with the same visit reason for which you already have received a refund.
To get a refund, please send an email to accounts@drhouse.com or write to care support (located in the DrHouse app). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to settle.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your DrHouse subscription anytime. After canceling your subscription, your subscription will stay active until the next billing period, and you can continue to use DrHouse services.
To cancel your subscription, please navigate in the DrHouse app to Account -> Membership -> Cancel Membership, write to care support (located in the DrHouse app), or send an email to accounts@drhouse.com.
