Refund Policy

With DrHouse Plus, you are eligible to receive a full refund after your first visit if an in-person visit is needed, we cannot provide care, you are not satisfied, or there are technical issues. However, we won’t issue a refund if you have made more than 1 visit, a doctor’s note was provided, medication was prescribed, or if you ask prescription for controlled substances, HRT, muscle relaxants, ADD/ADHD, and medical marijuana. In addition, we won’t issue a refund if a clinician reviews your information and decides that prescription medication isn’t the best treatment for you and we won’t provide a refund if you ask to renew or refill medication and you don’t have an Rx bottle nearby and/or our providers cannot determine your medication history. Rx bottle label needs to include: the patient name, medication name, dose frequency, dispense quantity, fill date and refill information. We also won’t provide a refund if you don’t have a valid ID with you and our providers cannot verify your identity. With a refund, your DrHouse Plus subscription will be canceled.

To get a refund, please send an email to accounts@drhouse.com or write to care support (located in the DrHouse app). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to settle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your DrHouse Plus subscription anytime. After canceling your subscription, your subscription will stay active until the next billing period, and you can continue to use DrHouse Plus services.

To cancel your subscription, please navigate in the DrHouse app to Account -> Membership -> Cancel DrHouse Plus, write to care support (located in the DrHouse app), or send an email to accounts@drhouse.com.
