Can I change the pharmacy?

The easiest way to change your pharmacy after your prescription has been sent is to ask the new pharmacy to transfer your meds.

Please contact our support if the initial pharmacy is closed and your new pharmacy is unable to transfer your prescriptions.

Changing the pharmacy may take up to 24 hours, as your doctor has to do it, depending on your doctor’s work schedule.
