Can I opt-out of promotional emails or notifications?
To opt out of promotional emails, you can find an “Unsubscribe” button in the promotional emails sent to you. Clicking this button will remove you from the promotional email list.
To opt out of push notifications, please launch the DrHouse app on your mobile device. Navigate to Account -> Account details. In the Account details page, please scroll down to find and manage device permissions.
It’s important to note that while promotional emails can be opted out of through the “Unsubscribe” button, push notifications are often crucial for receiving real-time updates, such as when a doctor joins a call. Disabling push notifications might result in missing important information about your visit. Consider carefully before turning off push notifications to ensure you stay informed about your appointments. If you have difficulty finding these features, consult with customer support.
