Do my family members have to use my phone or can they just log in with my account to start a visit?

Both ways are allowed. You can start a visit for a family member from your phone. When you begin a visit, you can add or choose the patient who is having the visit.

Otherwise, a family member can log in with your phone number from their phone. You have to give them the six-digit security code sent to your phone number when they try to log in.

Remember that minors must have a parent or a guardian next to them during a visit.

Additionally, after the visit, under the visits and prescriptions tab, you have to click on the top right corner on the initials to select the correct profile to see the visit notes and prescriptions.
