How many family members I can add?

There is no limit to the number of family members you can add to a DrHouse account. Each family member gets their own separate patient profile and medical record, and you can manage all profiles from a single account.

Quick Answer:

  • No maximum number of family members can be added.
  • Each family member has a separate medical record.
  • Visits are booked for one patient at a time.
  • Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the visit.
  • Family member profiles can be added or removed through the app.

When scheduling a visit, you simply select the family member who needs care. The physician will review that person’s medical information and conduct the visit under their profile. A separate visit is required for each patient.
