How can I add my family members?

You can add family members directly in the DrHouse app by creating separate profiles under your account. This allows each person to have their own medical record while being managed from a single login.

Quick Answer:

  • Go to the Family Members section in the app
  • Select Add Family Member
  • Enter their basic personal information
  • Each person gets their own profile and medical record
  • There is no limit to how many family members you can add

How It Works

DrHouse includes a built-in family management feature that lets you manage healthcare for multiple people under one account. When you add a family member, the app creates a separate patient profile for them.

Each profile stores its own:

  • medical history
  • visit records
  • prescriptions

This ensures that every consultation is accurate and tied to the correct individual.

Using Family Member Profiles

Once a family member is added:

  • You can select their profile when booking a visit
  • The doctor will only see that person’s medical information
  • After the visit, you can switch between profiles to view notes, prescriptions, and history

Family members can also join visits using your device, or log in using your phone number and verification code when needed.

Important Things to Know

  • One patient per visit: Each appointment is for one person only
  • Minors require a guardian: A parent or legal guardian must be present during visits for patients under 18
  • Separate medical records: Each family member has their own independent health record
  • Visit credits: If available, they can be used for a family member’s visit
