How can I remove a family member?

You can remove a family member directly from your account through the Family Members section in the DrHouse app.

Quick Answer:

  • Go to the Family Members section
  • Select the family member you want to remove
  • Choose the option to remove/delete their profile
  • The profile will be removed from your account
  • You may need to contact support for full record removal

How It Works

DrHouse allows you to manage family member profiles within your account, including removing them when needed. This can be done in the app by accessing the Family Members section and selecting the profile you want to remove.

Once removed, that person will no longer appear in your account or be available for booking visits.

What Happens After Removal

  • The family member’s profile is removed from your account
  • You will no longer be able to schedule visits under their name
  • Their medical records are no longer accessible through your account

Important Considerations

  • Medical records: If you want medical records fully deleted, you may need to contact DrHouse support
  • Future access: If needed, the family member can be added again later as a new profile
  • Account control: Only the account holder can add or remove family members
