How will I receive and access my lab test results?
Your lab test results will be sent directly to your DrHouse doctor for review. Here’s how the process works:
- Doctor review: Once your lab results are ready, they are securely delivered to your DrHouse doctor, who will review the findings and determine any necessary next steps or treatments.
- Follow-up and treatment: If a follow-up is recommended, your DrHouse doctor may contact you to discuss the results and suggest any treatment options. For further clarification or a more detailed discussion, you can also schedule a follow-up consultation directly through the app.
- Alternative access: If you prefer, you can request a copy of your lab results by reaching out to our support team. Simply email support@drhouse.com or start a live chat within the DrHouse app, and our team will assist you with accessing your results.
DrHouse ensures that your lab results are managed securely and professionally, providing convenient access to your health information and support whenever you need it.
