My pharmacy does not have my Rx.

Please ask your pharmacist again. The most common reason is that your pharmacist cannot find prescriptions in their own system. If the pharmacy still cannot find the prescription in their system, please ask them also to check their voicemails, as our doctors have to call in some prescriptions.
