Navigate to the “Visit Notes” tab on the app homepage. Please note that the medical history available in the app pertains only to visits conducted through DrHouse. It provides a convenient way for you to review past consultations, treatment plans, and any notes recorded by healthcare providers during those visits. You can see your prescription information when you navigate to the “Prescriptions” tab on the app homepage.
