Can I use the on-demand prescription delivery if I live outside of the service area?
No, DrHouse’s on-demand prescription delivery is currently only available for patients located within specific service areas. If you live outside of these areas, you won’t be able to select the 1-hour delivery option when filling out your visit information in the DrHouse app.
What Are My Options If I’m Outside of the Service Area?
If you’re outside of our current service areas or your address isn’t eligible for on-demand delivery:
- Your doctor will send your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice for traditional pick-up.
- You’ll receive instructions in the DrHouse app on how to access your prescription at your selected pharmacy.
