Can I reschedule the delivery if I realize I can’t accept it?

If you select a delivery option, you can choose a preferred delivery time and schedule it up to 5 days in advance. However, once the time is confirmed, it cannot be changed after your virtual doctor’s visit.

What Happens If I Miss the Delivery? If you are unavailable to receive the delivery and the courier cannot reach you:

• The medication will be destroyed for safety reasons.
• Refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to strict safety and regulatory policies, as medications cannot be returned or reused.

• Keep your phone nearby, as the courier may contact you if there are any issues finding your location.
