What happens if the courier can’t find my address/entrance?

If the courier has trouble finding your address or entrance, they will contact you directly using the phone number you provided in the DrHouse app. To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure your phone is turned on and reachable during the delivery window.

Steps the Courier Will Take:

  • Attempt to Contact You: The courier will call or message you if they’re unable to locate your address or gain access to your building. This allows you to provide additional directions or clarify any details.
  • Wait for Further Instructions: If contacted, you can guide the courier with specific instructions—whether it’s clarifying an apartment number, a buzzer code, or nearby landmarks.
  • Final Delivery Attempt: After reaching out, the courier will make a final attempt to deliver the medication based on the information you provide.

What Happens If I Can’t Be Reached?

  • If the courier cannot contact you or still cannot locate your address, the prescription will be returned and destroyed for safety reasons.
  • Refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if you’re unreachable.

How to Avoid Delivery Issues:
