Which conditions are eligible for on-demand prescription delivery?

DrHouse’s on-demand prescription delivery is currently available for a limited set of conditions that commonly require prompt treatment.

After your virtual doctor’s visit, if your condition qualifies, you can receive your prescribed medication within 1 hour at your doorstep—currently available in New York City (NYC).

Eligible Conditions for On-Demand Prescription Delivery:

  • Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
  • Premature Ejaculation
  • Bacterial Vaginosis
  • Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
  • Cold Sores
  • Sinus Infections
  • Sore Throat
  • Cough
  • Common Cold
  • Flu (Influenza)
  • Migraines and Headaches
  • Tension Headaches
  • Motion Sickness
  • Nausea and Vomiting
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Panic Disorder
  • Depression

How Does It Work?

  • Before your virtual visit, you will have the option for prescription delivery when selecting an eligible condition and if you are within the delivery service area.
  • If your doctor prescribes medication for an eligible condition, it will be delivered within 1 hour after your visit.
  • You can track the delivery status through the DrHouse app.

What if My Condition Isn’t Listed?

If your condition isn’t on the list, or if your prescription doesn’t qualify for on-demand delivery, your doctor will send the prescription to a pharmacy of your choice for traditional pick-up.

Expanding in the Future:

Currently, on-demand prescription delivery is limited to NYC and specific conditions, but we plan to expand both the list of eligible conditions and service areas soon.
